Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality support to the Pathology team
* Be responsible for specimen administration
* Manage enquiry handling
* Prioritise a busy workload
* Remain calm under pressure and professional at all times
Qualifications
* Experience working in a pathology or healthcare environment
* Strong numeracy and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Phlebotomy experience is ideal but not essential; training will be provided
* Ability to use laboratory information systems
