Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule in‑house engineering labour visits.
* Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
* Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
* Manage and update CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facilities Management) systems.
* Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
* Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Skills & Qualifications Required
* Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
* Experience working in a very fast‑paced environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries).
* Knowledge of CAFM systems.
* Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
