This isn't just a management role, it's a chance to shape futures, inspire your team, and create an environment where vulnerable children thrive.£65,000 - £70,000 per annum + performance bonus | Full-time | Enhanced BenefitsYour Impact:Set the standard: Oversee daily operations of a residential children's home, ensuring Ofsted compliance and outstanding care.Lead with vision: Mentor and develop a team of caregivers, fostering a culture of trauma-informed practice and positive role modeling.Drive therapeutic care: Collaborate with a dedicated Head of Therapy to implement tailored care plans that address emotional, social, and educational needs.Build stability: Create a safe, homely environment where children feel valued, with homes designed to the highest standards.Champion progress: Liaise with families, schools, and agencies to ensure holistic support and measurable outcomes for every child.Your Experience:* 5+ years in children's residential care, including 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Deputy Manager or Registered Manager).* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (England) and NVQ Level 3 in Children's Workforce.
