The Role
As a Business Development Executive, your focus will be generating qualified appointments for the Sales Manager by engaging key decision-makers across Architects, Contractors and End-Users within Manufacturing, Food and Industrial sectors.
Youll play a vital role in driving new project opportunities and building a long-term pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
Use the CRM and industry tools to identify contacts for new project leads
Proactively call Architects, Contractors and End-Users
Establish strong rapport and secure meetings for the Sales Manager
Accurately maintain and update CRM records
Build and nurture a sustainable pipeline of project opportunities
What Were Looking For
Essential:
Proven B2B sales experience, particularly outbound outreach
Experience within a high-value project sales environment
Confident and engaging telephone communicator
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Own transport recommended due to office location
Desirable:
Experience selling to Architects and Contractors
Specification sales background
