About the Role:
* Supporting students with a variety of SEND needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and complex requirements
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities, planning, and individualised support
* Helping to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
* Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
* Working collaboratively with staff, families, and professionals
Ideal Candidate:
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND (not essential-full training provided)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting learners
* Able to start immediately or with short notice
