We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Rep to join a dynamic sales team. Lead Conversion & Generation: Convert inbound enquiries into customers and proactively generate new business through calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
Conduct telephone consultations and arrange site visits to collect accurate property information and provide tailored system recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service and foster long-term relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth.
Proven experience in account management or B2C/B2B sales (experience in the construction industry is advantageous)
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
