Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Account Handler to join a busy and growing team in Morley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in commercial insurance who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting account management processes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day account handling support for commercial insurance clients
2. Manage client queries, policy amendments, and documentation updates
3. Handle vehicle declarations, driver referrals, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs)
4. Liaise with insurers to obtain renewal terms and process policy changes
5. Maintain accurate internal records, including CRM trackers and risk registers
6. Support claims handling, including FNOL and redirection of complex cases
7. Prepare meeting packs and claims review reports
8. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
9. Assist with premium invoicing, debt queries, and general admin tasks
10. Handle complaints in line with company policy
Requirements:
11. Experience in commercial insurance account handling
12. Strong organisational and time management skills
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
14. Confident using Microsoft Office and insurance systems (Acturis experience is a plus)
15. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
16. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support wider business needs
