Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide support to children within the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Assist with personal care tasks as needed.
* Help children access and participate in community activities.
* Work closely with families and other care professionals to provide holistic support.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and care provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within the UK.
* Experience in providing support and personal care in a community setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A compassionate and patient approach.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the children.
