The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect who thrives on creating robust, scalable architectures that deliver real‑world impact.
You’ll work alongside industry experts in a genuinely collaborative environment, taking ownership of end‑to‑end solutions while expanding your expertise across diverse, meaningful projects.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Architecture Leadership
* Own the complete solution lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery
* Design comprehensive architecture blueprints spanning business, data, application, and infrastructure layers
* Balance technical excellence with business objectives, commercial realities, and governance requirements
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, building credibility with senior decision‑makers
* Present and defend architectural decisions through governance forums and delivery teams
* Translate technical complexity into compelling narratives that drive buy‑in and action
Quality & Delivery Assurance
* Guide delivery teams to implement your architectural vision effectively
* Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For
Core Architecture Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate proven solutions architecture capability, the title matters less than the impact you’ve delivered. We’re looking for evidence of:
* Stakeholder Mastery - Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and understanding their strategic priorities
* Technical Foundation - Substantial background in software development, design, and delivery roles
* Delivery Enablement - Successfully guiding teams to implement complex architectural solutions
* Methodological Fluency - Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern delivery practices
* Architectural Foundations - Working knowledge of architecture frameworks and modelling languages
* Architecture Frameworks - Experience with the likes of TOGAF, Zachman, Open Agile Architecture, or similar
Beyond technical skills, exceptional consultants demonstrate:
* Business Impact Focus - Articulating and delivering measurable value from your recommendations
* Analytical Rigour - Methodical problem‑solving with considered, defensible approaches
* Collaborative Leadership - Guiding teams through influence, consultation, and shared ownership
* Continuous Learning - Active engagement with emerging technologies and their practical applications
