At We Are Futures, you would be supporting high-profile, multi-layered projects - working closely with Project Leads and the wider delivery team to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
What You'll Do
* Set up projects well – timelines, schedules, admin and resource planning
* Spot risks early – and help keep delivery on track
* Manage workloads – coordinating multiple workstreams at once
* Build great relationships – with consultants, producers, creatives, and account teams
* Champion strong processes – using tools like Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet
* Support client communication – sharing updates, progress and KPI tracking
* Keep quality high – checking work meets briefs, objectives, and guidelines
What You'll Bring
* Experience supporting projects from brief to delivery
* A track record of managing multi‑faceted creative or production projects
* Confidence using project management tools
* Previous experience in an agency environment
