Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08.30 to 18.30 (Some flexibility available)

Rowlands Pharmacy, a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager for our Aldershot branch. About the Branch
The Aldershot branch is staffed with an experienced team, including Healthcare Partners, and is located in a busy health center. This branch dispenses approximately 7,000 items per month and uses Medipac robotic distribution technology to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to pharmacy staff.
* Prescription Dispensing: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications, complying with legal and ethical guidelines.
* Patient Support: Offer medication counselling and support, addressing patient concerns.
* Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Medication Reviews: Conduct reviews and ensure safe medication management.
* Record Maintenance: Keep accurate patient records and manage inventory.
* Immunization Services: Provide immunization services where applicable.
* Advice on OTC Medications: Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
* Health Promotion: Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
What We Require
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting, with management experience preferred
* Strong commitment to patient care and safety
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
* A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
