Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Events and Sponsorship Coordinator, located in Beaconsfield. The coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, marketing events, securing sponsorships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include coordinating with putside organisatuons and charities, managing event logistics, promoting events through various channels, and building relationships with sponsors and attendees.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Communication skills
* Event Planning and Event Marketing experience
* Sales skills and the ability to secure sponsorships
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to work part-time on-site in Beaconsfield
* Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is a plus
