Customer Team Member
Location: 8 Lisburn Road, Hillsborough, Northern Ireland, BT26 6AB
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

Responsibilities
* Friendly and thoughtful service - you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone’s day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community - get involved in activities and events.
What you’ll do
* Provide friendly and positive customer service on tills and the shop floor.
* Assist with restocking, cleaning up spillages, and maintaining store standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer queries and improve the shopping experience.
