The Role We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In this role, you will elevate customer service standards by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Your dedication will exceed expectations, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. About You The candidate has prior experience in contact centres or complex customer service roles, ideally within the housing sector. They have a proven ability to meet key performance indicators and objectives, with strong verbal and written communication skills focused on clarity. They demonstrate initiative, effective problem-solving, and sound decision-making. Known for exceptional attention to detail, they are proficient in administration and record-keeping. They can perform well under pressure, show resilience, and handle conflict with professionalism and empathy. They value teamwork, maintain open communication, and are skilled in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics. Additionally, they are open to further training to enhance their skills and understand the importance of effectively addressing and resolving complaints. Why Join Trivallis?
