About You The candidate has prior experience in contact centres or complex customer service roles, ideally within the housing sector. They have a proven ability to meet key performance indicators and objectives, with strong verbal and written communication skills focused on clarity. They demonstrate initiative, effective problem-solving, and sound decision-making. Known for exceptional attention to detail, they are proficient in administration and record-keeping. They can perform well under pressure, show resilience, and handle conflict with professionalism and empathy. They value teamwork, maintain open communication, and are skilled in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics.
