What’s the purpose of the role:
Your role as a Recruitment Administrator is to support the Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle. From posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus) system to arranging interviews and submitting referencing packs to our Compliance Team – you will support the business with candidate attraction and conversion for all hourly paid roles within our London Heathrow and London City sites. Reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, you will assist the recruitment coordinators with key tasks such as hiring events and inductions. This role may involve small amounts of travel to other sites/hiring events.
Sitting within our supportive, fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, your role is pivotal to the smooth running of our continuous recruitment process within our sites.
Who you’ll deal with:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, and external stakeholders
What you’ll be doing:
* Advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards via our ATS
* Collating management information (MI) weekly and monthly, reporting findings
* Supporting with initial screening of CVs and providing feedback to Recruitment Coordinators
* Arranging interviews, preparing schedules, and inviting candidates
* Conducting initial phone screenings as required
* Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team
* Supporting with interview feedback
* Gathering and chasing employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC Forms, criminal checks)
* Providing administrative support to the wider recruitment team as needed

* Experience working with external agencies (desirable but not essential)

* Prior experience with an ATS
* Experience in the aviation sector (desirable but not essential)
