Location: Bishops Stortford
Job Type: Temporary, Part-time (8 hours - 4 hours on a Sunday & one other day)

Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will attentively understand our customers' needs and learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers both in-store and via multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Handle deliveries and ensure stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sales setups, and launches.
* Follow all FatFace policies and GDPR procedures.
