Responsibilities

* Develop and implement transport policies and procedures to improve operational performance.
* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain management.
* Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with safety regulations.
* Lead, train, and motivate the transport team to achieve departmental goals.
* Maintain accurate records of transport activities using Microsoft Office applications.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to transport services promptly.
Skills
* Proven management experience in a transport or logistics environment.
* Strong driving knowledge with an understanding of transportation regulations.
* Proficient in logistics and supply chain principles.
* Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems.
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and guide a team towards success in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £52,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
