About the role
As a Private Medical Secretary at Sulis Hospital, you will provide professional secretarial support to a group of private practices and manage the complete patient pathway. You will deliver high‑level administrative and organisational support for patients and consultants and promote customer‑service best practices.
Key responsibilities
 * Provide professional secretarial support to private practices.
 * Manage end‑to‑end patient pathway activities.
 * Provide high‑level administration and organiser support for patients and consultants.
 * Promote excellent customer service and responsive service provision.
 * Interpret, appraise and present data in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and skills
 * Confident, patient‑focused communicator.
 * Experience in a patient‑facing environment (preferred).
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
 * Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Employment details
 * Contract: Permanent, Part‑time (34 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
 * Working hours: 34 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
