Job Description
The opportunity is for an experienced and results-driven Midweight Stylist to lead a growing team alongside the Senior Stylist to support the department in achieving excellent results that follow our brand guidelines. Covering all Frasers Group brands, specializing in Menswear.
We’re looking for someone who can set the standard for quality and engage well with stakeholders. The candidate should be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for problem-solving, adding value, and making a significant impact.
* Lead shoots and provide direction to achieve high-quality images on mannequins, light tables, style shoots, and model sets.
* Compile outfits for web e-commerce shots, adhering to brand and Frasers Group guidelines.
* Follow in-house styling guidelines and maintain knowledge of brand-specific exceptions.
* Work collaboratively with models, photographers, re-touchers, and senior team members to ensure briefs are understood, met, and delivered exceptionally.
* Follow in-house and third-party styling guidelines.
* Be accountable for knowing and understanding the department’s daily and weekly targets and SLAs, and meet them.
* Train junior members of the styling team.
* Ensure styling props and photoshoot set areas are well maintained and product conditions are preserved.
* Communicate workflow and discuss issues proactively with the Senior Stylist.
* Respond to queries from the Photography Studio team or wider Frasers Group stakeholders via telephone or email.
* Ensure all pre-shoot requirements are met in time, including model bookings, up-to-date briefs, and availability of products and accessories.
* Manage and input data into studio workflow tools or apps.
Qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems used in styling tasks, acquired through training and experience.
* In-depth brand knowledge and active interest in industry trends.
* Provide on-the-job training/support for junior team members.
* Ability to produce routine reports from standard templates.
* Experience leading a busy e-commerce styling team.
* Positive mindset and attitude.
* Excellent communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
* Quick thinker with problem-solving skills.
* Great planning and process skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
