The Cultural Insight and Analytics (CIA) team in London is a group of 30+ specialists covering four principal craft areas of data and analytics: Business Intelligence, Audience & Data Strategy, Research & Insights and Advanced Analytics.
This role will be part of the Rufus Team (Initiative’s dedicated Amazon team) in the EMEA Hub, based in London and servicing the Amazon client teams in Europe.

The successful candidate will play a key role in Rufus Europe team and will be supporting our Amazon clients in achieving their business goals through measurement, insights, and data. You will work with cross-functional teams in Rufus, including account management, media planning, and creative, to ensure data and analytics are integrated into all aspects of Rufus’ operations. Advise Amazon on optimal ways to measure their media performance and leverage their data to impact growth.
Identify requirements, design solutions and deliver measurement projects, both in-scope and out of scope.
Bring data to life through analysis and visualisations to maximise decision making capabilities and create efficiencies.
Support a culture of sharing and learning of Analytics, Data and Measurement across the EU Rufus network.
Significant experience of ads measurement, analytics, research, and/or data, ideally within a media agency.
Applied knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system and industry data and tech partners and capabilities
Extensive experience of working with media measurement solutions, including but not limited to Survey based brand uplift studies, sales lift studies, MMM, budget optimization, and LTV
A flair for data visualisation and data story-telling
Experience distilling data to develop and articulate insights with the ability to present points of view to senior client audience.
Proficient in managing complex data and analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
