A leading organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to support day-to-day technology operations within a busy corporate environment. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users directly, and keeping core IT systems running smoothly.
You’ll be working closely with internal teams to deliver reliable IT support, assist with onboarding new starters, and maintain key infrastructure across desktops, systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and deploy Windows laptops and end-user devices
* Provide troubleshooting across Windows OS, Outlook and corporate applications
* Manage proxy rules and troubleshoot proxy‑related issues
* Deliver IT induction sessions for new starters
* Manage IT assets and inventory via the Service Desk portal
* Log, track and resolve incidents through the IT helpdesk platform
* Handle account creation and user access management
* Write user guides and “how‑to” knowledge articles on Confluence
* Provide one‑to‑one support for users where needed
* Investigate and resolve system incidents, identifying root causes
* Coordinate with internal IT engineers when testing system changes
* Ensure adequate IT stock and equipment availability
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with Windows OS and Linux OS
* PC installation, setup and troubleshooting in a corporate environment
* Knowledge of Active Directory (basic administration)
* Understanding of firewalls and proxy technologies
* Experience with Symantec Antivirus
* Bash scripting
* Knowledge of ITIL principles
* Computer Science or similar technical background
* Experience working in or supporting Machine Learning environments
