My father has COPD and can struggle to get about my himself, but can get to a wheelchair himself when he needs to. He is a very knowledgeable and a funny man who has a wide array of knowledge. He may need to be wheeled to the toilet, or him wheeled back to his bed form the living room or the other way round.
