Job Description
* Facilitate efficient communication between Chinese partner schools and the global alliance.
* Manage customer service inquiries from Chinese market, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
* Conduct market research to understand educational trends in China.
* Assist in the planning and execution of cross-cultural events and initiatives.
* Support the sales team in business development activities within the Chinese market.
* Provide administrative support when necessary.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Executive should:
* Have experience with budget preparation and management
* Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively handle the Chinese market.
* Strong interest in education and international business.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural team.
* Operational experience in Education or Travel industries preferred but not essential.
