Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring full compliance with client briefs, statutory requirements, and industry standards Act as a job runner, managing projects independently while also overseeing and mentoring small technical teams Contribute to site delivery, providing technical input, resolving construction issues, and supporting contractors and consultants Work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to develop robust, practical, and innovative technical solutions Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction information General Requirements Minimum 5 years experience delivering healthcare projects, including refurbishment and new-build schemes Proven ability to run projects and manage multiple workloads concurrently Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and technical compliance requirements Software Requirements Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is advantageous Employee Benefits Competitive salary, dependent on experience Annual bonus scheme Company pension Mental health and wellbeing support 25 days annual leave, plus an additional day for your birthday Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Flexible hybrid working arrangements Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
