This role suits an experienced clinician who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical standards, and mentoring colleagues, while remaining hands-on in practice.

* 4-day working week
* 1:4 weekends
* No OOH (on-call only for overnight inpatients if required)
* Salary from £70,000+ DOE
