Main duties of the job
Investigate attendance patterns and drop-out rates to identify training
programme improvements.
Support with the analysis of workforce qualification gaps across practices
to inform training priorities.
Examine cost-per-participant trends across different training modalities to optimize budget allocation.
Develop income versus spend trackers with appropriate formulae and
validation systems, ensuring meticulous accuracy when handling public
funding.
Contribute to risk management processes related to training programme
delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and
systems based on feedback and evaluation data.
Support recruitment and retention programme activities through data
analysis and coordination tasks.
