My client is looking for a creative and commercially minded Web Designer to join their fast-growing in-house team of creatives. Youâll be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly, and high-converting assets for their e-commerce website and online campaigns.
The ideal designer will understand both the brand and performance. Youâll play a key role in visually bringing products and campaigns to life, collaborating with their marketing, content, and development teams to enhance the user experience from first click to final purchase.
The ideal candidate will come with the following experience:
⢠3+ years of web design experience, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
⢠Strong portfolio showcasing web pages and digital campaigns.
⢠Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or Sketch), InVision and other relevant tools.
⢠Good understanding of UX/UI principles
⢠Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills.
The role is based in Central London, and offers a flexible hybrid working style with 3 days in the office & 2 days from home, as well as flexible working hours.
The starting salary for this role is, depending on relevant experience and background.
