As the company expands through acquisitions and new ventures, ERP and operational process harmonization remain ongoing priorities—particularly the unification of global product master data and the transition from local part numbering systems to the Fluiconnecto Part Number (FPN) framework.
Role Purpose
The Data Steward plays a critical role in Fluiconnecto’s Product Information Management (PIM) and FPN harmonization initiatives. This role ensures that all locally used part numbers are mapped, validated, and integrated into the global PIM system, enabling accuracy, consistency, and traceability across country organizations.
Acting as the first line of data governance at local level, the Data Steward ensures product data quality, contributes to global data standards, and supports the readiness of local systems for SAP S/4HANA migration.
Key Responsibilities
* Local Product Data Matching & Alignment
* Match active local items with master lists provided by MDM.
* Maintain cross-references between local part numbers and Global Part Numbers (GPN).
* Request creation of missing GPNs.
* Implement GPNs in local ERP systems.
Product Data Completion & Enrichment
* Update general and technical attributes for existing GPNs.
* Add translations of product titles and field names.
* Upload or request required images, drawings, and documents.
* Ensure consistency with global taxonomy and attributes.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
* Apply global data standards and naming conventions.
* Identify data issues and propose corrections.
* Ensure data accuracy across ERP and PIM.
* Support SAP S/4HANA readiness activities.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
* Collaborate with Global MDM & PIM teams.
* Provide feedback on local data conditions.
* Support global pilot and rollout projects.
* Align with Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, and IT teams.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
