Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support DevOps teams across a portfolio of projects. The role involves analysis, planning, data extraction, application build, testing, migration, and post-live support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with DevOps teams to deliver project objectives.
2. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
3. Support process improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization within a DevOps context.
4. Assist with application builds, deployments, and migrations.
5. Provide post-live support and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
Experience with:
6. Jira
7. Confluence
8. GitHub
9. Nexus/Sonatype
10. CI/CD tools (, Jenkins, Ansible)
11. Monitoring and logging tools
Preferred Qualifications
12. 5+ years’ Experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
14. Independent worker with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and ownership mindset.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
16. Familiarity with IT controls and best practices.
17. Experience in large, matrixed organizations.
