£45,000 + 10% bonus
The Opportunity
A Finance Analyst role for an ambitious Part-Qualified or Finalist level Accountant within a well-established, international business operating across Europe, with a strong commercial focus and a collaborative finance function. The organisation partners with a wide network of regional stakeholders and offers a dynamic environment within a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Part-Qualified Finance Analyst, you’ll support the Regional Finance Manager in delivering accurate, timely financial insights across European operations.
Key responsibilities include:

* Owning AR/AP reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
\t
* Supporting month-end close to ensure accurate and complete reporting
\t
* Analysing revenue, gross margin, and performance trends
\t
* Assisting with commission calculations, accruals, and incentive schemes
\t
* Producing clear, audit-ready financial analysis and reconciliations
\t
* Acting as a key contact for finance queries from internal and external stakeholders
\t
* Identifying data issues and providing actionable insights
\t
* Driving improvements in financial controls and processes
What’s Required
\t
* Part-qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
\t
* Experience in a finance analyst or similar role
\t
* Strong experience with reconciliations, AR/AP, and month-end processes
\t
* Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles
\t
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets
\t
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
\t
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
\t
* Experience in a multi-country or European environment is advantageous but not essential to apply
