The successful temporary candidate will be responsible for the overall running of the archiving department involving both management and oversight of records. We are seeking a process driven and detail orientated Administrator/Archivist who has meticulous attention to detail. This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP for a 6 month period so all applicants must be immediately available. Duties will include: Catalogue archives and manage online catalogues. Managing both internal and external enquiries. Maintain and update the Records Management Policy and Retention Schedule. Act as Data Protection Lead for the Membership and Governance team, ensuring policy implementation. Budget management and monitoring expenditure. CRM management and input The successful candidate must have prior Archiving experience and must be happy working in a process driven environment. All applicants must have relevant qualifications relating to archiving or record management.
