CJS Portsmouth is the largest cleaning and hygiene distributor across the South Coast based in Portsmouth and we are currently looking for a full-time eCommerce Administrator as well as some Digital Marketing for our busy sales office. This role could be the perfect fit for a recent school or college graduate who has an interest in eCommerce and digital communications.
E-Commerce Operations
What will the role include:
* Being the first port of contact for the Companys eShop
* Explaining and advising customers on the use of the eShop
* Manage product listings and content (descriptions, video, images).
* Setting up customer eShop accounts/setting up customer templates for easier basket ordering
* Setting up and maintaining product, manufacturer and subject categories within the eShop
* Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the eShop
Digital Marketing
* Create innovative and engaging social media content
* Schedule and publish social media posts
* Monitor and analyse social media performance
* Writing content for additional digital marketing platforms
Additional Duties
* Answering phones during busy periods as well as holiday cover
Experience, Skills And Attributes
* Previous experience of working with a selling platform is desired for not essential as training will be given
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* IT skills including MS office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
* Design capability is desirable but not essential
* Attention to detail
* Team player
* Adaptable
