Job Title: Land Rover Vehicle Technician
Location: Sinclair Land Rover Hay on Wye LD3 0SL
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:00pm plus Saturday morning rota
Position pays: £28,000 to £40,000 basic salary (dependant on experience) plus monthly bonus and overtime.
As a Land Rover Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. You’ll diagnose, repair and maintain the full Land Rover range, working to the highest manufacturer and MOT standards.
You will:
1. Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance with precision and care
2. Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic technology
3. Maintain accurate records and adhere to brand safety standards
4. Deliver outstanding workmanship that ensures customer confidence and safety
5. Support and mentor apprentices as part of our commitment to developing future talent
6. Work collaboratively with a skilled, friendly workshop team

About you:
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys being part of a strong team. Ideally, you will have:
7. Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or working towards it)
8. MOT Tester status (advantageous but not essential)
9. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
10. A commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction
11. A positive, team-focused attitude
12. The ability to coach and support apprentices when required
