Our client is a well-funded mobile games company, based in London, looking to hire a high quality CTO to lead their engineering organization. The company is building high quality mobile games and has hundreds of millions of downloads from customers around the world.
This role can be remote, with the company itself being based in London. We're looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with expert knowledge on the tools and approaches needed to build world-class mobile games.
Responsibilities:
* Own the technical vision, architecture and roadmap for our mobile games.
* Lead the engineering team, providing them with direction, coaching and guidance.
* Drive best practice across the technology organization. Create a culture of delivery and innovation across the business.
Requirements:
* You will have deep experience of leading teams building mobile games
* You are an "engineer's engineer" who combines expert leadership skills with strong technical depth
* You will have a strong track record of developing high quality games and a passion for creating products that delight users
