A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lawrence Weston (BS11) is looking for a full-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. You’ll be working closely with pupils who have SEN and SEMH needs, providing consistent support, encouragement, and guidance throughout the school day.

What you’ll be doing
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
* Helping pupils access learning and stay engaged in the classroom
* Supporting emotional regulation and building positive routines
* Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
* Creating a safe, encouraging environment where pupils can grow in confidence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
