About the Role As a Production Team Leader at our Todhills site, you will be fully trained to work with our specialised tools and machinery which we use to produce bricks ready for use in the construction industry. Our Production Team Leaders manage the department and help the team to achieve their production, quality and safety targets. You will line manage a number of Operators, providing them with technical expertise, supporting their personal development and any areas of improvement.
