Compensation & Hours
* Salary: £25,3645 plus additional payments for on-call duties
* Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm with on-call duties on a rota basis
* Driving licence required and access to your own vehicle

* Manage care workers and perform field-based duties
* Assess and review individual care plans
* Supervise, instruct, and support care staff in the field
* Ensure the highest quality of care services

Qualifications
* Experience and organisational skills: efficient, organised, and passionate about community care
* Strong rota management and relationship building with care workers
* Previous healthcare experience and solid understanding of CQC, care plans, and rotas preferred
* NVQ Level 3 desirable
* Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle required
