The post holder will work closely with Asset Inspection Services and the PMO/Projects Service to ensure estate investment decisions align with organisational objectives, statutory compliance, and long-term value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation, delivery, and ongoing updates of the Estate Strategy, Asset Management Strategy, and supporting documents across the contract lifecycleTranslate asset data, inspection outputs, and organisational needs into clear, deliverable estate strategies and 10-year Estate Programmes of Work and 15-year planning horizonsOversee the development of Master Plans, Blueprint designs, and strategic estate projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs, compliance, and long-term transformationManage a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and CAD technicians, promoting a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative cultureDevelop and maintain asset management plans, strategic reports, and design standards to support informed investment and operational decision-makingEngage with stakeholders across technical, operational, and senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and governance of estate strategiesProduce State of the Estate reports, KPI dashboards, and benchmarking data to support continuous improvement and informed decision-makingCandidate ProfileDegree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Estate Management, or related disciplineChartered status desirable (RICS, RIBA, CIOB, or equivalent)Significant experience in strategic asset management, estate planning, and capital programme development within the public sectorProven track record of delivering estate strategies, masterplans, and asset management plansStrong knowledge of ISO 55000 / PAS 55, RIBA Plan of Work, and public sector governance requirementsExcellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skillsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience with BIM, CAD/3D modelling, and integrating asset data into planning (desirable)Why Join SodexoLead the strategic planning of a high-profile, multi-siteI2020 estate in BelfastInfluence long-term estate investment decisions, sustainability, and operational efficiencyWork within a collaborative, professional environment with clear governance and reporting expectationsOpportunities for professional development and career progressionReady to be part of something greater?
