We are proud to be launching a bespoke Alternative Provision within our successful and inclusive mainstream primary school, developed in direct response to the needs of our pupils. This innovative new setting will support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, enabling them to flourish within a nurturing, tailored environment while remaining a valued part of our wider school community.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something both new and rooted. You’ll be a key member of a founding team, helping to shape the vision, environment, and curriculum of the provision, while enjoying the stability, ethos, and support of an established and ambitious school. Your work will be deeply collaborative, child-led, and transformative—for the pupils and for you.
We are Looking For:
·A qualified and experienced primary teacher able to lead a team (QTS essential)
·A passionate advocate for inclusion with strong SEND and SEMH knowledge
·A calm, flexible practitioner who thrives in a creative, adaptive environment
·Someone who brings curiosity, empathy, and a relational approach to teaching and behaviour
·A team player who values working closely with families, specialists, and colleagues
We Offer:
·A rare chance to shape a new provision grounded in real, identified pupil need
·A close, committed team with excellent leadership and peer support
·Small group sizes and a high staff-to-pupil ratio
·Comprehensive professional development and SEND-focused CPD
·A whole-school culture that celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing
