The hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The is a fully office-based role and salary DOE. Due to the location, you must be able to drive with your own transport. Duties will include but not be limited to: Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts Helping with monthly reporting and assisting with budgeting Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable Updating financial transactions and completing the posting process Supporting with order processing and other office ad-hoc duties when requiredTo be successful for this position, you must have proven experience in a similar role within an office environment, as well as strong knowledge of using QuickBooks and Xero systems.
