Aftersales Manager
Type: Full-time, Permanent If you're an experienced Aftersales professional who knows how to run a busy, high-performing service department - this role has your name on it.
This is not a stepping-stone position. You'll be leading a team of 25, driving volume workshop throughput, and ensuring brand standards and customer experience remain first-class.
Established for over 60 years, with multi-franchise workshops representing recognised brands.
~11 workshop bays (including MOT), generating 1.Full responsibility for Aftersales operations across service and parts
Ensuring brand compliance and manufacturer standards are consistently achieved
Driving customer experience and satisfaction scores to the highest levels
Overseeing labour and parts performance, analysing P&L and identifying profit opportunities
Managing workflow, KPIs and performance across a high-volume environment
Extensive Aftersales and Service Department management background
Demonstrable success in improving customer experience scores
Experience managing volume workshop throughput and multi-brand operations
VAG brand experience strongly preferred (though not essential)
