We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, flexible, and dedicated Clerical Officer to join our Endoscopy admin team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in a first-class, spacious, and state-of-the-art hospital environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage the booking of patient endoscopy procedures.
* Daily management of key targets such as booking appointments, managing patient pathways.
* Liaise with patients and coordinate with Endoscopy and supporting departments.
* Interact directly with patients, covering reception duties, requesting case notes, handling phone queries, and sending out communications.
Schedule and Location
The Endoscopy administration team operates from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Thursday, and 8 AM to 6 PM on weekends, requiring a flexible working approach. You will primarily be based at KMH, with cross‑cover required at Newark Hospital and the Endoscopy Mobile Unit located at Kings Mill.
