Basic Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in test automation (Playwright, Appium, API, etc.)
* Solid coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Go or other similar frameworks
* Experience integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelines
* Experience leading and implementing performance test strategies
* Previous leadership or mentoring experience — you know how to bring the best out of people
* A problem-solver with curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to make testing smarter, not just bigger
