We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our collaborative and fast‑paced finance team at The Big Table Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes, develop across multiple areas of month‑end, and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across one of the UK’s largest and most diverse hospitality groups. What you’ll be doing Own key areas of month-end reporting (e.g. Sales, COS, Labour, Costs, Capex, Overheads). Produce accurate balance sheet reconciliations Lead budgeting & forecasting for your area Partner with non ‑ finance stakeholders to support decision ‑ making Deliver clear analysis and insight Support year ‑ end and external audit Improve processes, reporting accuracy and controls What you’ll bring Part‑qualified or fully‑qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Strong commercial mindset and business acumen Experience in month‑end and year‑end reporting Excellent data interpretation skills, with the confidence to explain financial information to non‑finance colleagues Experience in multi‑site businesses (desirable) Budgeting and/or business partnering experience (preferred) Strong systems knowledge – CODA or similar A proactive approach, with a desire to improve processes and deliver high‑quality work What’s in it for you?
