We are a national well-established Waste and Recycling Equipment company.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role will start with administrative responsibilities supporting day-to-day operations.

For the right candidate, there is potential to develop into a Sales Co-Ordinator, supporting our sales team with quotations, order processing and transport.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* General office administration and support across the business.
* Maintaining accurate records and databases.
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
* Must be a highly positive, proactive & motivated individual, effective communicator, and a strong team player
* A keen eye for detail is crucial
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident with IT software including Microsoft Office
* A proactive, flexible approach, with the ambition to learn and develop.
* Interest in progressing into a Sales Coordinator position.

The Package

* Our suggested hours for this role are 40 hours per week over 5 days between the hours of 08:00-17:00.
* 23 days holiday excluding bank holidays (pro rata)
