This opportunity offers a structured route into education, allowing you to gain valuable school-based experience before moving on to formal teacher training and achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Gain Valuable Classroom Experience

During your first year, you will work within a secondary school in Warrington, supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
