Role: Primary, Secondary and SEN Tutors
Location: Cambridgeshire
Hours: Part-time, flexible (typically during the school day)
Salary: £25-£30 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for educators, mentors, creatives, and coaches who are ready to reimagine what teaching can be.
Who You Are
* A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoring
* Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
* Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner's interests and strengths
* Empathetic and emotionally intelligent - able to build trust and spark confidence
* Not afraid to throw out the rulebook when it's not serving the learner
What You'll Do
* Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects - but through a flexible, creative and relationship-first lens
* Plan engaging, relevant sessions that meet learners where they are - academically and emotionally
* Work closely with Randstad's team to track learner progress beyond grades: confidence, engagement, and curiosity matter too
* Help young people reconnect with the idea that they can learn - and that learning can be joyful
