Look no further We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Apprentice, specialising in providing communications and business systems to SMEs, mid-market, enterprise, and public sector organisations. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide basic technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. This includes troubleshooting issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, logging incoming support requests, prioritizing them, and escalating issues as necessary. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices. Install, configure, and update software applications on user devices according to company policies and procedures. Assist users with password resets and account unlocks, following security protocols to verify user identities Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
