Your future as a Practice Manager
* An opportunity to lead a 3-surgery dental practice located on the Village Walk area of Avonmouth Road
* Close to local transport routes, and with nearby parking available
* The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including Dentures, Teeth Whitening & Veneers, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
* We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth

* Salary up to £35k depending on experience

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
