Purpose of the role
To provide dedicated coordination and administrative support to the Quality & Critical Path Manager in the delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. The Critical Path and Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will ensure stage-gate reviews, documentation, and stakeholder inputs are effectively managed, enabling the timely and high-quality introduction of new products.
The role will also support the Product Evolution & Compliance team by maintaining performance metrics, managing quality-related processes, and responding to customer concerns, ensuring both Camira and its customers are protected from repeat issues and that a high level of satisfaction is maintained. This role is titled Critical Path & Quality Assurance Coordinator, internally.
